I was offline trying to open a file that was uploaded to my Teams page, however I wasn’t able to do it. Do I really have to be online to access files uploaded to Teams or is there another way to access these files? This thread is locked. In my experience Microsoft generally advise logging in via the browser to either a clear whatever cache is causing the status to get stuck, or b verify it is a local issue and not one with the Teams app. Just ask the user to login to teams.

After trying all of the above, what fixed the issue was to uninstall and re-install the Teams desktop app …that was it! Restarted and relogged in, and then I was all good once again. One would think the PC reboot would do this, but I am guessing the logging out triggered something. Signing in the web version, sending some messages, then killing the Desktop App via Task Manager, then reopening fixed it.

The Teams status is determined by what is in your primary Outlook calendar associated with your Microsoft account in Exchange. If you use your primary account calendar to keep track of your life and work appointments and work activity, then Teams will look at what you are doing and determine your status, e.

Either way, you will need to change the status for appointments to reflect your preferred availability to other people.

I suspect it could be an intermittent issue. Let me know жмите any of my suggestions worked. I tried restarting MSTeams and my macbook but those did not work. Delete Cache Files. Most Active Hubs Microsoft Mms. Ms teams offline Edge Insider. It says something like this: “Appear offline is when you want to indicate that you’re not signed in to Teams, so will not be responding until ms teams offline back online.
