Launch the upgrade installer you just downloaded. You’ll have to wait a minute while it checks for updates. You’ll have to wait again while it checks for compatibility and downloads your update. I switched back to Windows 7. Although I successfully installed the new anniversary update, but after installing it the PC felt slow, and my webcam software kept crashing — thought a fresh installation would help, but no.
