I finally tracked it down to Automation Studio having installed the Microsoft Access database engine which is preventing the install. However, I cannot uninstall it via a script which I can deploy manually removing it is fine but unfeasible for the amount of machines I need to do this on. I have tried from PS MsiExec. Taking off the quiet switches shows that it is expecting a response to ‘Are you sure you want to uninstall’. Both of these work correctly and silently in my environment.<\/p>\n

Trying to install a bit version of Office and I get a message saying I two bit Office applications installed. The problem is one doesn’t show up at all on my apps list, Sharepoint Designer, and the other is listed but I can’t uninstall it, missing “AceRedist. I have gone through the various options out there via a google search but to no avail. Any suggestions? When applications like that are corrupted microsofy the installations will not remove. Usually called removal tools.<\/p>\n
